Citation and commencement(1) These regulations may be cited as the RenewableEnergy (Criteria for Renewable Resources) Regulations 2011.(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1December 2011.2. Criteria for renewable resourcesA particular resource or technology shall satisfy thecriteria set out in the second column of the Schedule in order to be regardedas the renewable resource specified in the first column of the Schedule for thepurposes of the Act.
