Citationand commencement(1) Theseregulations may be cited as the International Trade in Endangered Species(Rescue Centre) Regulations 2009.(2) TheseRegulations come into operation on 28 December 2009.2. Establishmentof Rescue Centre(1) A ManagementAuthority may establish a Rescue Centre at any premises as the ManagementAuthority may determine.(2) The RescueCentre established under subregulation (1) shall be maintained and controlledby the Management Authority.(3) The ManagementAuthority may consult the Scientific Authority on any matters relating to theestablishment of a Rescue Centre.3.
