Citationand commencement.Theserules may be cited as the Petroleum Mining Rules 1968, and shall bedeemed to have come into force on the 1st day of December, 1966.2. Off-shorePetroleum Agreement.Themodel Petroleum Agreement in respect of off-shore land shall be in the formcontained in Annex I to these Rules.3. On-shorePetroleum Agreement.Themodel Petroleum Agreement in respect of on-shore land shall be in the formcontained in Annex II to these Rules.4. Fees. Thefees payable under section 5 (2) of the Petroleum Mining Act shall be RM500 inrespect of an application for petroleum licence and RM1,000 in respect of anapplication for a Petroleum Agreement.
