ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (LICENSING) REGULATIONS, 1977* In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Environmental Quality Act, 1974, the Minister. after consultation with the Environmental Quality Council, makes the following regulations: 1. Citation and commencement. These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Quality (Licensing) Regulations, 1977 and shall come into force on the l st October 1977. 2. Form of application for licence. (1) An application for any licence under the Act, or for any renewal or transfer thereof, shall be made to the Director General in Form 1 in the Schedule. (2) If the applicant is a body corporate, the application must be completed and signed by a person duly authorized in that behalf by the body corporate. 3. Form of licence. A licence under the Act shall be in Form 2 in the Schedule. 4. Revocation and suspension of licence.
