Citation. This order may be cited as the Atomic Energy Licensing(Exemption) (Irradiating Apparatus Below 5 Kilo Elektron Volt) Order 2002.2. Interpretation.In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,"irradiating apparatus below 5 kilo elektron volt (keV)" means anirradiating apparatus which is capable of producing ionizing radiation thatemits the maximum energy of 5 keV.3.
