ENERGY ACT Act No.7860,Mar.3,2006Amended by Act No.8852,Feb.29,2008Act No.9372,Jan.30,2009Act No.9931,Jan.13,2010Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the sustainable development of the national economy and enhancement of the welfare of people by providing for basic matters concerning the formulation and implementation of energy policies and energy-related plans to realize a stable, efficient and environment-friendly energy demand and supply structure.
