Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as theNative Title (National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Fund)Regulations. Commencement 2. These Regulations commence on 1July 1994. Interpretation 3. In these Regulations, unless thecontrary intention appears: "fund" means the NationalAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Fundestablished by subsection 201 (1) of theNative Title Act 1993.
