NATIONAL PARKS ACT (CHAPTER 198A) NATIONAL PARKS ACT (AMENDMENT OF FIFTH SCHEDULE) ORDER 2001 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 (4) of the National Parks Act, the Minister for National Development, after consultation with the National Parks Board, hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the National Parks Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2002. Amendment of Fifth Schedule 2. Part II of the Fifth Schedule to the National Parks Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 6, the following paragraphs: ‘‘7.
