Introductory provisions Section 1 To ensure the access to oil and coal in Sweden for the supply of energy during time of war and other serious supply crises, vendors and consumers shall maintain contingency stocks of fuel in accordance with the provisions of this Act. The Government shall decide on contingency storage by government authorities. Section 2 Supervision of compliance with this Act and regulations made in pursuance of the Act will be exercised by the authority appointed by the Government (the supervisory authority).
