THE SEEDS ORDINANCE, 1977 (ORDINANCE NO. XXXIII OF 1977). [19th July, 1977] An Ordinance to provide for regulating the quality of certain seeds for sale and for matters connected therewith. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for regulating the quality of certain seeds for sale for matters connected therewith;NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamations of the 20th August, 1975, and the 8th November, 1975, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance :- Short title 1. This Ordinance may be called the Seeds Ordinance, 1977. Definitions 2.
