Subject regulated by the CodeThis Code shall regulate relations connected with sustainable forest management - guarding (Forstwart), protection (Forstschutz), rehabilitation, afforestation and rational use of forests and forest lands of the Republic of Armenia as well as with forest stock-taking, monitoring, control and forest lands.Article 2. Forest LegislationThe relations in the field of forestry of the Republic of Armenia shall be regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, this Code, Land Code of the Republic of Armenia and other legal acts.If norms set forth by international agreements of the Republic of Armenia are other than those envisaged by this Code, then the norms of international agreements shall be applied.Article 3.
