Ukraine's Legislation on Plant LifeRelationships in the sphere of protection, use and reproduction of plant life are regulated by theConstitution of Ukraine ( 254k/96-VR ), laws of Ukraine "On Protection of the Environment" (1264-12),"On Ukraine's Nature Preserves" (2456-12), as well as by the Forestry Code of Ukraine (3852-12), this Law,and other elements of law of Ukraine.Relationships in the sphere of protection, use and reproduction of plants and agricultural perennialplantations shall be governed by the relevant laws of Ukraine.Article 2.
