FOOD SAFETY AUTHORITY OF IRELAND ACT 1998 LONG TITLE An Act to provide for the establishment of a body to be known as the Food Safety Authority of Ireland or údarás sábháilteachta bia na héireann and to define its functions and to amend the Radiological Protection Act, 1991, and to provide for related matters.
