This Law shall be called the Fertilizer Law.2. The following expressions contained in this Law shall have the meanings given hereunder:(a) Fertilizer means chemical fertilizer, bio-fertilizer or natural fertilizer which consists of the material that can assist to cause chemical change in the soil or by other means for plant nutrition for the growth of fruits, flowers, crops and plants. The said expression does not include any natural fertilizer made by any grower for use in his own farm;(b) Chemical fertilizer means the fertilizer prepared with chemicals by using any means and not being naturally made or composed.
