(A) AGRICULTURE ACT NO, (20) 1973 Second Book - Animal Resources Chapter 111 - Prdtection of Wildlife and Birds and Organizatian of their Hunting. Article 144 - Hunting of Wildlife ad Birds without permission from the Ministry of 'Agriculture is prohibited. The charges for Hunting Licences shall be- determined by the Minister of Agriculture. Article 14s - (a) The hunting of useful birds f o r agriculture, Amended by or killing or catching them is prohibited, Act No.14, also it is forbidden to possess them, 1974 transfer them, or sell them alive or dead. (b) The hunting of predatory birds and animals, or catching them in any way, or poisoning them is prohibited without special permission from the ~inister of Agriculture. (c) The Minister will issue decrees specifying the birds which are protected by this law.
