The purpose of this law is to regulate possession and use of state-owned land and other related issues.Article 2. Legislation on Land2.1. The legislation on land shall consist of the Constitution of Mongolia, this law and other legislative acts issued in conformity with them.2.2. Issues related to use and protection of underground resources, forests, water, air, flora, fauna and other natural resources shall be regulated by relevant legislative acts.Article 3.
