Purpose of this Law 1. The purpose of this Law is to regulate relations associated with the protection of the territory of Mongolia from hazardous wastes. Article 2. Legislation on the Import and Cross-Border Transport of Hazardous Wastes 1. The legislation on the import, export and cross-border transport of hazardous wastes consists of the Law on the Protection of the Environment, the Law on Protection against Toxic Chemicals, this Law, and other legislation that is consistent therewith. 2.
