Aquaculture Reform (Repeals and Transitional Provisions) Act 2004 109 Commenced: 1 January 2005 The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows: 1 TitleThis Act is the Aquaculture Reform (Repeals and Transitional Provisions) Act2004. 2 Commencement (1) Section 33 comes into force on a date to be appointed by theGovernor-General by Order in Council.
