'rhe Fund shall he administered by the Millistry of the Environment. The Oil Pollution Compensation Fund board of tnanagement referred to below shall decide an compensations to be paid oilt of the Ftind. Section 2 An oil pollution protection chargc of FJM 2.20 per full tonne of oil imported into and transpu;ed through Fit~lnnd shall be deposited in thc Fund.
