Adopted By The State Duma On October 25, 1995 The present Federal Act shall determine the status of the RF continental shelf, the sovereign rights and jurisdiction of the RF on its continental shelf, and the exercise thereof in conformity with the RF Constitution, the generally accepted principles and norms of international law, and international treaties of the RF.
