Environmental Protection Law We, Abdullah the Second, Son of Al-Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, by Virtue of para (1) of article (94) of the Constitution, and pursuant of what the Cabinet has decided on 17/12/2002, to hereby approve, in accordance with article (31) of the Constitution, the following interim law, and order its issuance, temporary enforcement and annexation to the Laws of the State, on the basis of referring it to the Parliament in its first meeting.
