InterpretationIn this Act -“basic element” means any one of the elements specified in the First Schedule;“chemical fertilizer” means any substance containing one or more of the basicelements used as a fertilizer;“deleterious ingredients", in relation to a chemical fertilizer, includes any solublesalts or any other substances likely to be injurious to plant growth;“Government analyst” means any chemist of the Ministry of Agriculture andNatural Resources and the Environment;"licensee" means a person licensed under section 3;“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subj...
