NATIONAL LAND CODE (VALIDATION) ACT 2003ACT 625An Act to validate acts or things done by the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur under the National Land Code.ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows:1. Short title.This Act may be cited as the National Land Code (Validation) Act 2003.2. Validation.Every act or thing done by the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur under section 42, subsection 56(4) and sections 68A, 75A, 75B, 75E, 75F, 75G, 92B, 92C, 92D, 92E, 92F, 92G, 124A, 129, 204B, 204E, 433B and 433E of the National Land Code before the commencement of this Act until the coming into operation of the delegation of powers under section 13 of the National Land Code [P.U. (B) 108/2003] that would have been lawful if the Land Executive Committee had been delegated to perform such act or thing under those provisions is hereby validated and declared to have been lawfully done.
