This Act may be cited as the Territorial Watem Act. 1972. Brordlh of the Irrltorlrl 2. (1) Except as provided in subsection (4) of this section rrton. the breadth of the territorial watem of the Republic of Kenyr shall be twelve nautical milea. (2) The breadth of such territorial sea ahall be mmud in tha manner sat out in the Schedule to this Act calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Territorial Sea and the Contiguous Zone done at Geneva on 29th April, 1958.
