THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC THE LAW ABOUT FAUNA (In edition of Law of KR of January, 24, 2002 N 13) It is accepted by Legislative Assembly Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic on May, 13, 1999 The fauna is property of the Kyrgyz Republic, the integral element of the nature, a natural resource, the important regulating and stabilizing component of biosphere in every possible way protected and rationally used for satisfaction material and spiritual needs of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
