Law of Georgia on the Fees for the Exploitation of Natural ResourcesArticle 1. Aim of the Law (20.12.2005 N2393)The aim of this law shall be the provision of rational exploitation of state owned natural resources based on the potential capacity and principle of sustainable development of the environment by establishing the principle of paid resource exploitation.Article 2.
