Cultural heritage represents a precondition for the formation of the nation’s self-cognizancerepresenting a self-contained uninterrupted national culture. At the same time, it is an inseparable part of the mankind’s treasure.Georgia’s Law “On Cultural Heritage Protection” is based on Georgia’s Constitution, acting laws and other normative acts functioning within the cultural sphere.
