The Act is not, however, applicable:1) in protected areas established under the Nature Conservation Act (1096/1996);2) in areas designated as protection areas under the Land Use and Building Act (132/1999);(137/1999)3) in areas referred to in the Act on Wilderness Reserves (62/91) other than those specifiedin section 12(1) of this Act;4) in areas covered by a local detailed plan except for areas designated for agri...
