This Law shall be calledthe Fertilizer Law.2.The followingexpressions contained in this Law shall have the meanings given hereunder:(a) Fertilizermeans chemical fertilizer, bio-fertilizer or natural fertilizer which consistsof the material that can assist to cause chemical change in the soil or byother means for plant nutrition for the growth of fruits, flowers, crops andplants. The said expression does not include any natural fertilizer made by anygrower for use in his own farm;(b) Chemicalfertilizer means the fertilizer prepared with chemicals by using any means andnot being naturally made or composed.
