REPUBLIC OF BULGARIANATIONAL ASSEMBLYAGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS' PROTECTION ACTPromulgated State Gazette No. 57/23.06.1995Chapter OneSUPPORT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AND TRADE IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTSArticle 1(1) The State shall create and maintain favourable economic conditions for the sustainable development of competitive farms and for ensuring the national food balance by means of regulating the production of and trade in processed and unprocessed agricultural products through a system of subsidies, prices, loans, taxes, excise taxes, customs duties, fees, standards and others.(2) The state support for the production of and trade in processed and unprocessed agricultural products shall aim at:1.
