CLEAN AIR ACTChapter OneGENERAL PROVISIONSArt. 1. The goal of this law is to protect the people's and their generation's health, the animals and the plants, their communities and places of habitation, the natural and cultural heritage from harmful effects, as well as to ward off dangers and damages to society, resulting from changes in the quality of the atmospheric air, due to various activities.Art. 2. This law regulates:1. the specification of indicators and standards of the quality of the atmospheric air;2. the limitation of emissions;3. the rights and obligations of the state and municipal authorities, corporate bodies and physical persons, with regards to the control and the maintenance of the atmospheric air quality.Art. 3.
