(Amended, SG No. 114/2003) This Act shall regulate the conditions and the procedure for placing on market, trade, import, export, storage, and use of chemical substances and preparations, the state control over them, as well as the rights and duties of natural and legal persons who place them on the market, trade in them, store, use, import or export them, with a view to protecting the health and the life of man and the environment.(2) This Act shall also apply to chemical substances and preparations located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in free zones.Article 2.
