S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2009 No. 1847 SEA FISHERIES, ENGLAND The Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Control Measures) (Amendment) Order 2009 Made - - - - 8th July 2009 Laid before Parliament 14th July 2009 Coming into force - - 10th August 2009 This Order makes provision for a purpose mentioned in section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(a) and it appears to the Secretary of State that it is expedient for the references to Council Regulation (EC) No 1966/2006 (b) (on electronic recording and reporting of fishing activities and on means of remote sensing) and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1077/2008(c) (laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1966/2006 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1566/2007(d)) to be construed as references to those instruments as amended from time to time.
