S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2010 No. 601 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING, ENGLAND The Town and Country Planning (Regional Strategy) (England) Regulations 2010 Made - - - - 1st March 2010 Laid before Parliament 8th March 2010 Coming into force - - 1st April 2010 The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 70(7), 71(9) and (10), 80(1)(a) and 81(3) of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009(a), makes the following Regulations: Citation, commencement and application 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Regional Strategy) (England) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 1st April 2010. (2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only. Interpretation 2.
