S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2007 No. 3105 AGRICULTURE The Agricultural Land Tribunals (Rules) Order 2007 Made - - - - 25th October 2007 Laid before Parliament 31st October 2007 Coming into force - - 15th January 2008 The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 73(3) and (4) of the Agriculture Act 1947(a), section 6(4) and (6) of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954(b) and section 67(7) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 (c), and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(d).Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Land Tribunals (Rules) Order 2007 and comes into force on 15th January 2008.
