[ODPM 3060] S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2006 No. 221 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING, ENGLAND The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2006 Made - - - - 23rd January 2006 Laid before Parliament 7th February 2006 Coming into force - - 6th April 2006 The First Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 59, 60, and 333(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990(a), makes the following Order— Citation, commencement and application. 1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 6th April 2006. (2) This Order applies in relation to England only. Amendment of Order 2.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995(b) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.
