S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2009 No. 401 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING, ENGLAND The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 Made - - - - 25th February 2009 Laid before Parliament 4th March 2009 Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1 The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(7), 36 and 122(3) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004(a), makes the following Regulations: Citation and commencement 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall come into force on 6th April 2009. (2) The amendments made by regulation 2(2)(a), (c) and (d) shall come into force on 6th April 2010.
