Title, commencement and application 1. These Regulations— (a) may be cited as the Public Rights of Way (Combined Orders) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2010; (b) come into force on 1st October 2010; and (c) apply in relation to England only(b). Amendment of the Public Rights of Way (Combined Orders) (England) Regulations 2008 2. For the Schedule to the Public Rights of Way (Combined Orders) (England) Regulations 2008(c) substitute the Schedule contained in the Schedule to these Regulations.
