S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2006 No. 518 AGRICULTURE, ENGLAND The Hill Farm Allowance (Amendment) Regulations 2006 Made - - - - 27th February 2006 Laid before Parliament 3rd March 2006 Coming into force - - 28th March 2006 The Secretary of State, being designated(a) for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(b) in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by that section(c), makes the following Regulations: Title and commencement 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Hill Farm Allowance (Amendment) Regulations 2006.(2) These Regulations come into force on 28th March 2006. Amendment of the definition of “moorland” 2.—(1) The Hill Farm Allowance Regulations 2006(d) are amended as follows. (2) In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “moorland”, for the words from ““Moorland Map of England 1992”” to the end of the definition, substitute— ““Moorland Map of England 2006” ...
