S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2009 No. 3130 CLIMATE CHANGE The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Data and National Implementation Measures Regulations 2009 Made - - - - 30th November 2009 Laid before Parliament 2nd December 2009 Coming into force - - 31st December 2009 The Secretary of State is a Minister designated(a) for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(b) in relation to the environment. These Regulations make provision for a purpose mentioned in that section and it appears to the Secretary of State that it is expedient for the references to the European Community instruments in these Regulations to be construed as references to those instruments as amended from time to time.
