A draft of these Regulations has been approved by a resolution of the House of Commons pursuant to section 16(8) of the Finance Act 2007. The Treasury make the following Regulations: PART 1 INTRODUCTORY Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Community Emissions Trading Scheme (Allocation of Allowances for Payment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on the day after the date on which they are made.
