The Secretary of State is designated(b) for the purpose of section 2(2) in relation to measures relating to consumer protection. Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Biofuel (Labelling) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and they come into force on 8th January 2010. Amendment of Regulations 2.
