S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2007 No. 727 WATER, ENGLAND AND WALES The Water Resources Management Plan Regulations 2007 Made - - - - 7th March 2007 Laid before Parliament 9th March 2007 Coming into force - - 1st April 2007 The National Assembly for Wales in relation to water undertakers whose areas are wholly or mainly in Wales, and the Secretary of State in relation to all other water undertakers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 37B(3)(a) and (c),(5), (6) and (8)(a), 213(2)(e) and (f) and 219 of the Water Industry Act 1991(a), and after consultation with each other(b), make the following Regulations: Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Water Resources Management Plan Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1st April 2007.
