S T A T U T O R Y I N S T R U M E N T S 2007 No. 816 (C. 32) COUNTRYSIDE, ENGLAND AND WALES CANALS AND INLAND WATERWAYS The Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2007 Made - - - - 11th March 2007 The Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of the Environment in Northern Ireland as required by subsections (5) and (8)(c) of section 107 of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (a). He makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by that section: Citation and interpretation 1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2007. (2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006. Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2007 2.
