Accordingly the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act and by sections 104(2) and 107(2) of the Energy Act 2008(c), makes the following Order: General Citation, commencement and interpretation 1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2008 (Consequential Modifications) (Offshore Environmental Protection) Order 2010, and comes into force on 1st July 2010.
