In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act, the Secretary of State makes the following Regulations. Citation, application and commencement 1. These Regulations— (a) may be cited as the Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009; (b) apply in England; and (c) come into force on 6th April 2009.
