The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section. Citation, commencement, extent and application 1. These Regulations— (a) may be cited as the Environmental Noise (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008; (b) come into force on 6th April 2008; and (c) apply in England.
