The Secretary of State accordingly makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section. Citation, commencement and application 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment)(Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 15th January 2007.(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only except for regulation 22 which inserts pr...
