Radioactive Minerals AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION AND CONTROL OF THE MINING, PRODUCTION AND TREATMENT OF RADIOACTIVE MINERALS AND SUBSTANCES, AND TO PROVIDE FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO. BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Representatives of Ceylon in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Radioactive Minerals Act, No. 46 of 1968. Power to obtain information of prescribed substances. 2.
