L A W No. 7917, dated 13.04.1995 ON PASTURES AND MEADOWS On the basis of the Article 16 of the Law No. 7491, date 29.04.1994 "On the General Dispositions", with the proposal of the Council of Ministers THE PARLIAMENT OF ALBANIA D E C I D E D: CHAPTER 1 GENERAL DISPOSITIONS Article 1 The object of this law is the administration, giving back to the ex - owners, use with the right criteria, treatment, improvement of the keeping ability and storing of the ecological equilibrium of the pastures and meadows. Article 2 Pasture and Meadow is considered every kind of land, covered with grass or bushes, which is used for grazing and scything of grass for stock - breeding, not belonging to the fond of agricultural land and forest fond, according to the cadastral registration of 1 August 1991, apart of those changed according to the dispositions in force.
